Actress Meg Ryan is listing her Soho loft for US$10.9 million (S$15.34 million), according to listing agent Barbara Hochhauser of the Corcoran Group.
Ms. Ryan bought the home from "The Simpsons" actor Hank Azaria in 2013 for US$8 million, according to public documents.
The loft encompasses the entire fifth floor of "an authentic Soho loft building" constructed in the 1880s, Ms. Hochhauser said. Measuring about 4,100 square feet, the apartment has two bedrooms plus an additional sleeping area with French doors, she said.
Extensively renovated by Ms. Ryan, the apartment has ebonized wood flooring and black lacquered cabinets. The dining room has a decorative fireplace, and the master bathroom has a freestanding bathtub and a black-and-white patterned mosaic tile floor.
The apartment also has a media room with a large screen for watching movies, Ms. Hochhauser said.
